VACANCY: SECRETARY AND ADMINISTRATION
PT Sekurindo Gada Patria (www.sekurindogroup.com), a national security provider and consultancy company, is seeking a highly motivated individual to fulfill the position of Secretary and Administration, based in its headquarters in Jakarta.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases;
- Devising and maintaining office systems;
- Booking rooms;
- Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
- Arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
- Liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts;
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
- Using shorthand and audio tapes or copytyping to produce letters;
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
- Arranging travel and accommodation;
- Arranging both in-house and external events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The individual must have the following minimum requirements:
- Female with maximum age of 28 years old, preferably single;
- Graduate with D3 degree from a reputable Secretary Academy or Administration School (fresh graduates are welcome);
- Relevant experiences in secretarial position or administration (including internships), preferably in an outsourcing company or a company that involves a large number of employees is a value added;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office and/or Open Office and the internet, is a must;
- Good command of both spoken and written English;
- Good administration skills, meticulous, attractive, well organized with a service-oriented attitude;
- Able to work under pressure and travel to all areas where the company operates within the Republic of Indonesia;
- Able to start working immediately.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
The accepted applicant will receive competitive salary, annual and sick leave and health support from the company based on the company's regulation and qualification of the applicants.

- Good Health statement letter (Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat) from a reputable hospital/institution;
